Audit Management Overview

What is the feature?

Audit Management automates and streamlines the audit process by allowing audits to be scheduled, conducted, and tracked on a single platform.

Why did we create this feature?

More traditional methods of email, paper-based forms, and checklists can be ineffective and lead to errors or failed audits.

How do you implement/use this feature?

Customized audit checklists or pre-loaded templates allow notifications and task assignments help track the progress of audit teams. Real-time reporting using Dashboards can also identify key data. CARs and Workflows will be essential in automating the process.

CARs & Workflows

Corrective actions can be set up using the CAPA > CARs sub-tab to address any issues that arise during the audit. Workflows can be created to help automate the process of corrective actions that need to be created from the audit.

Dashboards

To view trends and analyze data, Dashboards should be created on the Analytics >Dashboards sub-tab.

Configuration & Maintenance

To set up your different audits, hover over Configuration Icon and click Audit Types. Add all your different audit types here. To customize and expand the audit forms, navigate to Configuration > TraceStations.

Configuration > Table Templates can also be utilized if you’d like to track anything in the audit that isn’t a minor/major non-conformity.
