Employee Training Management in QM PART 3

Summary

Once your Training Programs and Training Categories have been configured, you can begin creating your Employee Training Records.

Step 1: Navigate to the Training tab and click New.

Step 2: If you created Employee Training Categories, choose one from the Employees field and hit continue.

Step 3: Populate the employee record as needed. Within each Training Program section, you can:

  • Set training requirements for the employee.
  • Log training completion dates.
  • Automatically calculate retraining dates based on the defined review frequency.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Test section. Mark whether training is required with 'yes' or 'no'. 

Step 5: Click Save once finished.
