Employee Training Management in QM PART 3

Summary

Once your Training Programs and Training Categories have been configured, you can begin creating your Employee Training Records.

Step 1: Navigate to the Training tab and click 'New'.

Step 2: If you created Employee Training Categories, choose one from the Employees field and hit continue.

Step 3: Populate the Employee Record as necessary. Within each Training Program section, you can adjust employee training requirements, log dates that trainings were completed, and then have the re-training dates get automatically calculated based on the review frequency.

Step 4: Click 'Save' once finished.
