How to Edit the PDF Footer
Step 1: Go to the appropriate product tab.
- Specification Management: Click on the Specifications tab.
- Formula Management: Click on the Formulas tab.
- Quality Management: Click on the Authoring tab.
Step 2: Hover over Configuration and select Attributes from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: In the ID field, type 'PDFFooter' and press Enter.
Step 4: To edit the header, click the Edit gear icon in the appropriate row to view the Manage Attribute page.
Step 5: Click the blue hyperlink labeled View and edit HTML.
Step 6: Insert a table by clicking the Table icon.
Step 7: Adjust the table properties as follows:
- Set to 2 rows and 2 columns
- If you need more information in the footer, set it to 3 columns
- Set the border to zero
- Set the width to 1500
Step 8: The first column, will automatically populate with "Powered by TraceGains" if you use the default settings.
Step 9: Highlight the entire second column and right align the text. Type in the following variables:
- Row 1: ##Email##
- Row 2: ##TodaysDate## - ##Version##
Step 10: Click the Apply the Attribute button, then click Save at the top of the page.
