How to Edit the PDF Footer

Step 1: Hover over the Configuration Icon and select 'Attributes' from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: In the Name field, type 'PDF' and press Enter. The 'Use' column shows whether the attribute is for Formulas or Specifications. 

Step 3: To edit a header, click the edit icon in the appropriate row.

Step 4: Click the blue hyperlink labeled 'View and edit HTML' just above the Raw Html field.

Step 5: Insert a table by clicking the Table icon.

Step 6: Adjust the table properties as follows:

  • Set 'Rows' to 2.
  •  Set 'Columns' to 2.
    • If you need more information in the footer, set 'Columns' to 3.
  • Set the 'Border size' to 0.
  • Set the 'Width' to 1500

Step 7: The first column, will automatically populate with "Powered by TraceGains" if you use the default settings. 

Step 8: Highlight the entire second column and right align the text.  Type in the following variables:

  • Row 1: ##Email##
  • Row 2: ##TodaysDate## - ##Version##

Step 9: Click the Apply the Attribute button, then click Save at the top of the page.
