Email Logs in TraceGains help you track and review all sent emails, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. They provide an important audit trail, capturing details for verification and record-keeping. With this feature, you can:
- Check each email's status (e.g., "Failed" or "Sent").
- Access details such as the date sent and the creator.
- Verify that messages - whether bulk emails, automated notifications, or individual outreach - reach their intended recipients.
- Preview email content to confirm that all variables are applied correctly for effective messaging.
Why Use Email Logs?
Email Logs offer benefits for communication management and troubleshooting:
- Transparency: Keeps a clear record of all outgoing communications, as TraceGains logs each sent email for easy reference.
- Verification: Confirms recipient counts to ensure accuracy and prevent unintentional mass distribution. Review messages to ensure correct display.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly identifies and addresses failed emails to resolve potential communication issues.
