Email Logs

Email Logs in TraceGains help you track and review all sent emails, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. They provide an important audit trail, capturing details for verification and record-keeping. With this feature, you can:

  • Check each email's status (e.g., "Failed" or "Sent").
  • Access details such as the date sent and the creator.
  • Verify that messages - whether bulk emails, automated notifications, or individual outreach - reach their intended recipients.
  • Preview email content to confirm that all variables are applied correctly for effective messaging.

Why Use Email Logs?

Email Logs offer benefits for communication management and troubleshooting:

  • Transparency: Keeps a clear record of all outgoing communications, as TraceGains logs each sent email for easy reference.
  • Verification: Confirms recipient counts to ensure accuracy and prevent unintentional mass distribution. Review messages to ensure correct display.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly identifies and addresses failed emails to resolve potential communication issues.
