Supplier Compliance Intelligent Data Processing (SC IDP)

Supplier Compliance Intelligent Data Processing (SC IDP) uses Intelligent Data Processing (IDP) to automatically extract and map data from Certificates of Analysis (COAs) within TraceGains, reducing manual configuration. This automation improves accuracy, enhances consistency in compliance management, and streamlines data processing, allowing you to focus on higher-value tasks.

Key Benefits

Efficiency: Automates the extraction of relevant data, reducing time spent on manual entry.

Accuracy: Minimizes human errors by intelligently identifying key data fields.

Scalability: Handles a high volume of COAs without compromising speed or accuracy.

Compliance Support: Ensures that required data is consistently captured and organized for audits and reporting.

Seamless Integration: Works within your existing system to extract and validate data effortlessly.

SC IDP simplifies document management, allowing you to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity with ease.

Initial Requirements

To ensure smooth COA data extraction, the following prerequisites must be met:

1. Supplier and Item Configuration: Ensure suppliers, items, and required attributes are set up, with business rules and supplier-item associations in place.

2. Email Account Setup: Configure a dedicated email account to receive COAs and test SC IDP extraction before enabling full processing. Once setup is complete, you can proceed with activation.

To set up your test email account, refer to the following resources:

3. COA Document Requirements: Use supported file formats and ensure COAs contain key identifying details for accurate SC IDP processing.

Supported file formats include:

  • .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .TIFF, & .TIF

  • If a digital template fails, .XLS and .XLSX files can still be processed using SC IDP

  • There is no limit on the number of pages in the COA document.

AI can only process COAs that are formatted for vertical reading orientation. Ensure the text is legible, with no blurring or overlapping.
