It automatically extracts and maps data from Certificates of Analysis (COAs) in TraceGains, reducing the need for manual configuration and streamlining compliance workflows.

Initial Requirements
Before using Document Intelligence to process COAs, ensure the following requirements are met.

- .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .TIFF, & .TIF
.XLSand.XLSXfiles can also be processed when a digital template fails.
There is no limit on the number of pages in a COA document.
AI can process COAs regardless of page orientation. Ensure all text is clear and legible. Blurred or distorted text, or text that overlaps other content, can affect extraction accuracy.
