Publishing templates define how audit reports are formatted when exported or shared. They ensure reports maintain a consistent structure and level of detail for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
How to Generate a Publishing Template
Step 1: Click on the Auditing > Audits tab.
Step 2: Then, click the edit icon associated with your audit.
Step 3: Click the Open Configuration icon to manage the TraceStation.
Step 4: Complete the following:
- Click the blue Publish Template link.
- Click Create New.
Step 5: Complete the following:
- Enter a Publishing Template Name
- Enter a Published PDF File Name which will override the default
- Select an ActionForm
- Click the checkboxes to Select Sections
Click 'Manage Action Forms' if no action form appears in the dropdown menu. If needed, you can upload a form created in Word.
Then, click Save.
