Reviewing Results and Managing Exceptions

TraceGains Document Intelligence extracts data and displays processing results, including indicators for documents that require review.

Reviewing results and resolving identified issues helps ensure the data is accurate, complete, and ready for use.

How to Review and Verify Extracted Values

Step 1: Go to the Supplier Management > Suppliers tab. Open the document from the supplier or item record to view its processing results.

Step 2: Select Documents in the left-hand Sections pane.

Then select the document’s Processing Status to open its processing results.

Step 3: Review the extracted values displayed alongside the original document to confirm accuracy.

Step 4: If needed, update extracted values directly when the information is present on the document but was not extracted correctly.

Step 5: When all extracted values are confirmed or updated, select Reprocess to continue processing with the verified results.
