Overview
The TraceGains Academy provides on-demand training resources designed to help you learn product functionality, discover best practices, and maximize the value of your TraceGains solutions. Academy content includes micro courses, videos, learning paths, and other educational resources that support you at every stage of your TraceGains journey.
How to Access the TraceGains Academy
Step 1: Log in to your TraceGains account.
Step 2: Click the help [?] icon in the upper-right corner to open the Resource Center.
Step 3: Select TraceGains Academy from the Resource Center menu.
Step 4: In the Premium Learning section, click Explore the Academy.
Step 5: Browse available micro courses, videos, and resources.
Use the search field at the top of the Academy to quickly locate learning content by product, feature, or keyword.
First Time Visiting the Academy?
If you're new to the Academy, we recommend starting with the Welcome to TraceGains tile. This introductory resource includes a short video that provides an overview of the Academy, explains how content is organized, and highlights key features to help you get the most from your learning experience.
New to Supplier Management?
We recommend exploring the Product Onboarding: Content Curated for Supplier Management tile in the Academy. The micro courses and videos are designed to build on one another, helping you develop your knowledge progressively.
