Assemblies

Overview

Assemblies allow you to organize packaging components that work together as part of a packaging configuration.

Assemblies are accessed from the Packaging tab:

Packaging → Assemblies

How to Create an Assembly

Step 1: From the main navigation, select Packaging → Assemblies.

Step 2: Select New to begin creating an Assembly.

Step 3: Complete the information required to create the Assembly. Click Continue.

The fields and options available may depend on your site's configuration and the Assembly Template being used.

Step 4: From Composition (Items), select + Add and choose the appropriate option:

  • Item
  • Level
  • Assembly

Add the components needed for your packaging configuration and complete the applicable information.

Step 5: Complete the applicable sections of the Assembly and review the packaging configuration.

When you're finished making changes, select Save.
