What are Email Blasts?
An email blast is a pre-scheduled mass emailing of document requests and other communications to many suppliers at once. TraceGains is designed to send email blasts automatically to your suppliers at pre-designated times, but you can also manually eblast suppliers at any time by using this feature.
Why use Email Blasts?
Running your business requires a great deal of communication with your suppliers, even hundreds of emails per day. Email blasting allows you to configure scheduling and content for as many different purposes as you need and have the system automatically send them out according to rules you set up.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to the Suppliers or Items Supplied tab.
EBlasts concerning item-level documentation must be sent from the Items Supplied tab.
Step 2: Choose which suppliers or items you want to eBlast by marking the appropriate box at the left end of their respective grid rows. Clicking the box at the top will select all supplier/item rows on the one page you're currently on.
Step 3: Click the hamburger menu at upper-right and select Email Blast from the drop-down.
Step 4: Select which Email Profile you’d like to send and click Continue.
Step 5: Double-check that the number of recipients looks correct, then click Send Email Blast.
Step 6: Your eBlast has been sent! You can close the dialogue box.
Check the status of sent emails under Configuration > Email Logs. Hover over Configuration and select Email Logs.
